THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a global technology leader at the forefront of AI infrastructure and enterprise connectivity. This is a specialist pre-sales role focused on helping organisations design, deploy, and scale AI initiatives, partnering with senior business and technical stakeholders to solve complex challenges and unlock business value through AI.
THE ROLE
Act as the technical lead throughout the AI solution lifecycle, from initial discovery through to deployment and adoption.
Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to support strategic AI infrastructure opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI environments leveraging networking, compute, and cloud technologies.
Deliver Proof of Value (PoV) engagements to validate technical capabilities and business outcomes for customers.
Build trusted relationships with architects, engineers, and executive stakeholders, becoming a key technical advisor.
Collaborate with technology partners and internal product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
Provide market feedback and represent the business at customer engagements, events, and industry forums.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
Strong background in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, data centre technologies, or enterprise networking.
Experience supporting complex enterprise technology sales cycles and customer engagements.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerisation, and modern application architectures.
Strong knowledge of networking, security, automation, and API-driven environments.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both executive and technical audiences.
Experience designing and delivering Proof of Concepts or Proof of Value engagements.
Previous exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, observability, cybersecurity, or Infrastructure as Code would be highly advantageous.
